The Chicago National League Ball Club

An objective look at the love of my life--the Chicago Cubs.

Holy Shhhhhh

Read this article and tell me what you think.

Personally, I don't trade Mark Prior. He's too young and too talented.

i don't trade prior. what we will have is another letting of maddux go (back in '90) only to pick him back up at the end of his career once all his good years are gone.

trade prior. he's rex grossman in a cub uniform waiting for the next season ending injury. at least tejada would be out there every day. imagine him hitting in wrigley.

yes a shortstop can play every day but how mahy times will he dominate a game? Is prior injury prone? I don't think a line drive off the arm falls into that catagory and how many Cubs can you remember who were written off an traded only to blossom for somebody else (does Andre Thorton ring a bell).
I keep Prior and use what I've got at short.
